Talos Promotes Seth Johnson to Business Development Manager

At Talos, we’re proud to recognize the hard work and career growth of our team members. Today, we’re excited to announce that Seth Johnson has been promoted to Business Development Manager, effective August 18th.

Seth’s journey at Talos is a testament to his drive, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. He began his career with us in 2022 as a Brake Press Operator, where his strong work ethic quickly stood out. Soon after, he applied for and earned a position as an Estimating Engineer, excelling in the role for two years. During this time, Seth discovered his passion for building customer relationships, which inspired his transition into sales as a Field Services Account Specialist.

In Field Services, Seth gained invaluable hands-on experience, working directly with customers across North America to ensure successful installations and problem-solving in real time. His ability to bridge technical execution with customer needs made him an outstanding representative of Talos’ Core Values.

Now, as he steps into the role of Business Development Manager, Seth brings with him a unique perspective that combines field knowledge, technical expertise, and a passion for customer success.
